Több milliárd eurós veszteség a Lufthansánál, télen a járatok negyede közlekedik csak

    Ötmilliárd eurót meghaladó veszteséget jelentett a Lufthansa az év első kilenc hónapjáról, a csoporthoz tartozó légitársaságok a téli menetrendi időszakban a tavalyi kapacitás 25 százalékát biztosítják.

    A Lufthansa csoport bevételei a honlapján közzétett pénzügyi beszámoló szerint 60 százalékkal 10,9 milliárd euróra csökkentek az év első kilenc hónapjában az egy évvel korábbihoz képest, üzemelésre viszont 41 százalékkal költött kevesebbet, összesen 16,3 milliárd eurót.


    Az üzemi veszteség 5,8 milliárd, az adózott eredmény 5,5 milliárd euró veszteség volt az egy évvel korábbi 1 milliárdos nyereséggel szemben.


    A légitársaságok közül a Lufthansa 3,9 milliárd, a Swiss 444 millió, az Austrian Airlines 405, a Brussels Airlines 256, az Eurowings 563 millió eurós üzemi veszteséggel zárta a január-szeptemberi időszakot. Egy évvel korábban az Eurowingset leszámítva mindegyik cég nyereséges volt.


    Előrejelzésében a Lufthansa azzal számol, hogy télen a tavalyi évben felkínált kapacitás legfeljebb 25 százalékát teljesíthetik a légitársaságok, mivel a kilátások a járvány második hulláma miatt romlottak. Emiatt a cég nem adott ki profitbecslést sem.
